What do you mean by “tracking daily habits”?

We can make the habit tracking really easy by just sending you a daily text message that all you have to do is respond to for your habit tracking. 

Why do I have to track daily?

Daily tracking is a great habit to develop in and of itself. It also increases your awareness and shifts your mindset to a healthier you. That’s where your power comes from. 

Why do I need to sign up for three months?

Don’t change what you do, change the way you think. Scientific research proves that if you change what you do it might last for a few weeks, but to actually change, you must change the way you think.
