At Humble Hustle, health coaching means identifying a client’s goals and helping them identify small, sustainable steps toward meeting them. Your plan is your plan; your goals are your goals. Your coach’s job is to hold you accountable (with kindness and compassion, naturally).

Nutrition plays an important role in wellness. However, that is just part of the picture. For example, getting good sleep and drinking lots of water are hugely important to your overall health.

Perfect. Our job is to help you do it. Knowing without action is just mental clutter. We’ll help you build routines, troubleshoot roadblocks, and stay consistent.

Not a problem at all. Our main barometer for success is how you feel, not an arbitrary number on a scale. Talk to your coach about any reservations you may have— the whole point is to build a plan that works for you!

A lot of health coaches depend on dramatic before and after photos of clients to showcase their “successes”. We don’t like that approach. First of all, while you may look different after a few months of health coaching, our goal is to first change how you feel.
We know looking a certain way does not necessarily correlate to health. You can be healthy or unhealthy in any size or shape body.

Of course! Many of our clients live out of state. If you have a phone, you’re good to go.

Our Health Coaching program begins at $2,500 for 6 months of 1-on-1 coaching. Our coaching is a HSA / FSA authorized expense, so many of our clients pay $0 out of pocket!
